This expedited appeal under Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8A, brings into focus the Massachusetts "long arm statute" G.L.c. 223A, §3, as inserted by St 1968, c. 760.1 The trial judge allowed Petroske's motion to dismiss under Mass. R. Civ. P., Rule 12(b)(2), 365 Mass. 754 (1974), which challenged Carlson's right to sue him in Massachusetts. We reverse.
