Opinion

MIHALAKOS, J.

In this negligence action, the plaintiff, Jacalyn Macy, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendants, Keith Lucas2 and Davis Waste Management, Inc. (Davis). On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) denied her motion to set aside the verdict and (2) instructed the jury on how to arrive at a verdict.3
