¶ 1 Appellant James Dean Bingman was convicted of a fourth or subsequent offense of driving under the influence of alcohol in the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County. As the case progressed, Bingman filed several pre-trial and post-trial motions, all of which were denied by the District Court.
