A jury convicted Kerry Parker, Jr., of three counts of murder (Pen.Code, § 187), while he was armed with a firearm (Pen. Code, § 12022, subd. (a)(1)). The jury further found true the special circumstances of multiple murder and murder during a robbery and a burglary. (Pen.Code, § 190.2, subd. (a)(3) & (17).) He was sentenced to prison for three concurrent life terms...
