¶ 1. On March 28, 2001, Robert C. Albright, Jr. was found guilty of murder of his mother, Tina Albright, and aggravated assault of his sister, Karen Albright. He was sentenced to serve life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the murder, and ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the aggravated assault, to run consecutively...
