¶ 1. Don Moore was placed on "house arrest" after entering a guilty plea. He later was found in violation of the conditions for house arrest, removed from that status and placed in the general prison population. His post-conviction relief motion was denied without a hearing. He appeals, arguing that he should have been given a hearing and that there was no authority for the Department of Corrections to revoke his suspended sentence...
