¶ 1. On September 25, 2001, a Lincoln County Circuit Court jury found William O. Johnson guilty of numerous crimes, including one count of conspiracy to commit burglary of a dwelling, one count of burglary of a dwelling, and four counts of accessory after the fact of burglary of a dwelling. Johnson was sentenced to serve five years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections as to the conspiracy and accessory...
