¶ 1. Teresa Collins was convicted of the offense of the unlawful sale of cocaine in the Walthall County Circuit Court, Honorable Keith Starrett presiding. From the denial of Collins's "Motion for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict, or in the Alternative, for a New Trial," Collins appeals asserting the following issue:
