The plaintiff, Fred Hebshie ("Hebshie"), brought this action in contract to receive the benefit of a bargain he struck with the defendant, Collie Recchiuti as Trustee of Mayland Trust ("Recchiuti"), concerning services to assist in the purchase and resale of real estate.
