Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Leventry) appeals pro se from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County (trial court) granting District Attorney David Tulowitzki's (District Attorney Tulowitzki) preliminary objections and dismissing his complaint which sought to remove District Attorney Tulowitzki for misconduct and requesting a statement of costs from District Attorney Tulowitzki.
