¶ 1 Appellants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Wal-Mart") and Richard C. Wong ("Wong")1 appeal from a jury verdict and judgment that Wal-Mart breached an implied contract when it terminated the employment of appellee Jerry Roberson ("Roberson").
