This action is based upon the plaintiff's claim that, because of their contractual obligations in connection with the Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel project (the "Project"), perhaps better known as the "Big Dig," the defendants are liable for personal injuries she suffered from a fall on a defective sidewalk. Summary judgment was entered in favor of the defendants, and the plaintiff has appealed pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C.
