¶ 1. Appellant Kevin Davis was indicted by a Harrison County grand jury for burglary of a dwelling, robbery, rape, and aggravated assault. Following a trial, a jury found Davis guilty of the crimes charged. The circuit court judge sentenced Davis to life without the possibility of parole pursuant to section 99-19-83 of the Mississippi Code.
