¶ 1 Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company appeals from the order that granted Elizabeth Rudloff's (Appellee) Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award, which award was $77,500 for underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits in Appellee's favor and against Nationwide.
