¶ 1 Walter Ceo appeals the order entered December 17, 2001, dismissing his current petition under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546. Ceo's petition, nominally his fourth, sought reinstatement, nunc pro tunc, of his right to direct appeal.
