Following indictments by the grand jury, Patrick Barnes pled guilty to charges of four counts of uttering forged instruments before the Circuit Court of Lee County, Mississippi, the Honorable Fred Wicker presiding. After hearing Barnes's guilty plea and discussing with Barnes the consequences of such guilty plea, Judge Wicker accepted Barnes's plea as having been made voluntarily, knowingly and intelligently.
