¶ 1. The Municipal Court of Water Valley convicted Alan Keith Wright on charges of driving on the wrong side of the road and driving while intoxicated. Wright appealed the charges to the Circuit Court of Yalobusha County; the circuit court remanded the charge of driving on the wrong side of the road back to municipal court due to errors in perfecting the appeal on that charge, and agreed to hear de novo the trial of the DUI charge...
