¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County on Appellant's conviction for one count of Summary Disorderly Conduct.1 On appeal, Appellant claims his guilty plea was invalidated when the court entered judgment of sentence on an amended information containing a different charge from the one referenced in Appellant's guilty plea colloquy.
