Michael Weiland, the husband, appeals the trial court's order approving the general master's recommendation to allow his attorney, Robert Johnson, to file a charging lien against certain property awarded to Mr. Weiland in his dissolution proceeding. We reverse because Mr. Johnson did not give timely notice of the charging lien.
