¶ 1. Andre Redmond was indicted by the Yalobusha County Grand Jury for auto theft and conspiracy to commit auto theft. Following a trial on the merits, the jury returned a guilty verdict to the lesser offense of accessory-after-the-fact to auto theft and Redmond was sentenced as a habitual offender to five years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections without the chance of parole.
