¶ 1 This is an appeal from the Order entered denying the Petition for special relief of Appellee Samuel L. Dalessio ("Husband"), and refusing to dismiss Appellant/third party Douglas Dalessio ("Son") as a party to the action. The trial court also granted an award of alimony pendente lite ("APL") to Appellee Rosalie A. Dalessio ("Wife"), until the final Order of equitable distribution is executed.
