¶ 1. Robert Dean Cates was indicted for burglary of a dwelling and grand larceny by the grand jury of Lincoln County. The State filed for and received an order of nolle prosequi on the burglary charge. The trial for the grand larceny charge against Cates proceeded and he was convicted.
