After repossession and sale of machinery under a lease in default, the plaintiff-lessee ("Muldoon") sought to recover from the corporate defendant-lessor ("LaChance") an overage. Muldoon appeals from summary judgment in favor of LaChance pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R.A.D.A., Rule 8C. We affirm.
