The plaintiff in this deficiency judgment action, Dennis Joslin Company, L.L.C., appeals summary judgment granted in favor of defendants, Gwendolyn Magee, Peter M. Staples, Wilton A. Guillory, Jr., and G S & R Properties. For the following reasons, we affirm.
