¶ 1 Appellant, Daryl Nixon, appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed April 11, 2001. After review, we affirm.

¶ 2 At approximately 12:40 a.m. on July 17, 2000, Officers Stephens and Moll of the Philadelphia Police Department responded to a radio report of a prowler. Upon arrival, they spoke to the complainant who lived at 2326 North 18th Street. While speaking with her, the officers heard banging noises coming from the row house...
