Kristie A. Bennett, individually and as executrix of the Estate of John M. Bennett, Jr., ("Bennett"), appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to CrownLife Insurance Company ("CrownLife"). Bennett raises four issues, which we consolidate1 and restate as follows:
