The plaintiff, Felton Duhon, appeals a final judgment of the administrative law judge ("the ALJ") in favor of Trend Services, Inc., the employer, and Louisiana Worker's Compensation Corporation, the insurer (collectively "the appellees"). The ALJ concluded Duhon was not entitled to reinstatement of disability benefits beyond September 14, 1999, the time Duhon's benefits were terminated.
