The accident in this case occurred when a roofer climbed onto a canopy overhanging a door of a customer's house. The canopy collapsed, and the roofer plummeted to the ground sustaining personal injuries. The jury found that the canopy did not present an unreasonable risk of harm, and the roofer's claims were dismissed. The roofer appeals, urging that the canopy did present an unreasonable risk of harm and that fault should be apportioned between the parties...
