[¶ 1] The plaintiffs, Maine automobile dealers (Dealers) who sell motor vehicles manufactured by the Ford Motor Company, appeal from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Marsano, J.) in favor of Ford on the Dealers' claim that Ford's "warranty parity surcharge" violates 10 M.R.S.A. § 1176 (1997 & Supp.2001).
