¶ 1. Linnox Marcus Walker ("Walker") was convicted in Marshall County Circuit Court of capital murder and sentenced to death. Walker appealed his conviction alleging, inter alia, that the circuit court erred in denying his challenges to the exercise of peremptory strikes of prospective jurors by the State.
