A unanimous jury convicted defendant, Quincy Loyd, of attempted armed robbery and aggravated burglary. After being adjudicated a second felony offender, defendant was sentenced to 45 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence for the attempted armed robbery conviction and 25 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence for the aggravated burglary conviction, the latter sentence...
