Assessment Corp., appeal from decisions of hearing officers of the Workers' Compensation Board, reaching contradictory results concerning the employees' entitlement to prejudgment interest in cases in which the employer agrees to voluntarily pay benefits pursuant to an agreement, but the agreement is silent concerning interest.
