PTERMAN of HAWORTH, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1993, and who was thereafter temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Rule l:20-13(b)(l) by Order of the Court filed December 5, 2001, and who remains suspended at this time, should be suspended from the practice of law...
