The defendant, Talonzo Detroit Debrow, was charged by grand jury indictment with the second degree murder of Carl Gilliam. By a vote of eleven to one, a jury found the defendant guilty as charged. The trial court imposed the mandatory sentence of life imprisonment. The sole assignment of error on appeal is whether the evidence is sufficient to support the guilty verdict.
