In 1987, Executive Builders filed a lawsuit against G. Raymond Trisler ("Trisler") for intentional interference with business. Trisler denied all allegations and proceeded to file a counterclaim against Executive Builders along with a third-party seven-count complaint against Robert and Dolores Montgomery, who were owners of Executive Builders.
