The sole issue here is whether plaintiff is entitled to recover uninsured motorist (UM) benefits from his employer's automobile insurance coverage. The plaintiff, Johnny L. McEachern, appealed the summary judgment denying coverage and dismissing his action with prejudice. The judgment is affirmed.
