Douglas Workman ("claimant") seeks review of an order denying him rehabilitative temporary total compensation benefits while he was in an approved training and education program. He also claims that the Judge of Compensation Claims ("JCC") erred in denying him temporary partial disability ("TPD") benefits while in the program.
