Barry C. Bergstrom, Trustee of the Valma M. Hanson Revocable Trust ("Trust"), brings this interlocutory appeal of the trial court's order denying his motion to dismiss the action filed by Elizabeth Hanson and Bonnie Kuczkowski ("Petitioners") wherein they allege that Bergstrom had violated the terms of the Trust in his administration thereof.
