Mark Lee Gibson appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The motion alleged three grounds for relief. The trial court summarily denied the first two grounds of the motion, and we affirm that ruling without further comment.
