L.D. Spears, Jr. served as principal of East Beauregard School, which is part of the Beauregard Parish school system. In accordance with the provisions of La.R.S. 17:443, Mr. Spears was subjected to a tenure hearing conducted by the Beauregard Parish School Board (BPSB).
