In the Circuit Court for Cecil County, a jury (the Honorable Dexter M. Thompson, Jr., presiding) found that Elkton Care Center Associates Limited Partnership t/a Medpointe (Medpointe), appellant, breached its contract with Quality Care Management, Inc. (QCM), appellee.
