¶ 1. On March 15, 2000, Timothy Morgan and Patrick Otto1 were indicted by the Madison County grand jury on charges of armed robbery. At the conclusion of trial in November, 2000, the jury found Morgan guilty, and he was sentenced to 30 years in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
