An undercover police officer bought drugs from Terrell Williams, then allowed him to depart and radioed nearby uniformed officers to arrest him. Williams fled into a nearby vacant apartment. The officers arrested him there, finding more drugs in his possession. The State charged Williams with breaking into the apartment and possessing cocaine there, and struck a plea agreement.
