Marie Cornish filed suit against Doctors Care, LLC (the Clinic), for damages allegedly caused by the Clinic's negligence in having failed to report timely the results of a test for the HIV virus. According to the petition, Dr. Kenneth Wiley, who operates the Clinic, ordered the test in early April 2001.
