CHARLES R. JONES, Judge.

Appellant, Clifton Fernandez, appeals the Appointing Authority's decision charging him with violating Section 5.2.8 of the Rules and Regulations of the New Orleans Fire Department and transferring him from the Hazardous Materials Unit of the Department of Fire. After a hearing on the matter, the Civil Service Commission upheld the decision of the Fire Department. We affirm.
