Claimant appeals the dismissal of his workers' compensation claim. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTS

The claimant, James Foster, was employed by Rabalais Masonry, Inc. as a maintenance man for Hyland Mobile Home Park operated by Ruby Rabalais Campbell.
