The automobile accident in this case occurred when the defendant changed lanes of travel and was struck in the rear of his vehicle by the plaintiff's vehicle. The defendant was held solely at fault and now contests the trial court's finding. Alternatively, the defendant argues that if he was negligent, he was only partially negligent and a portion of the fault should have been assigned to the plaintiff.
