This is a wrongful termination case, grounded in La.R.S. 30:2027, wherein plaintiffs, Joseph Brown and McKinley LeBlanc, allege wrongful termination in retaliation for reporting OSHA confined space entry violations. Defendant, Catalyst Recovery of Louisiana, Inc., alleges that the plaintiffs were legitimately terminated for sleeping on duty, in violation of company policy.
