The defendant, Ramone Dominque Bonner, was convicted of possession of stolen things, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:69. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve 10 years at hard labor. The trial court suspended three years of the sentence and ordered that the sentence run consecutively to defendant's parole violation.
