On January 11, 2002, Bobby Taylor pleaded guilty to first-degree theft of property and second-degree burglary, violations of §§ 13A-8-3(a) and 13A-7-6(a)(1), Ala.Code 1975, respectively. Taylor pleaded guilty to those charges on information, rather than indictments.
